Due to the requirement for social distancing, I am offering online therapy using internet platforms such as Zoom. For new clients, I am happy to provide telephone or online assessments
Our First Consultation
If you are interested in exploring your options, I offer a 15 minute initial telephone or video consultation free of charge to discuss what you are bringing to therapy and how I might help. If we decide to work together we will then explore in greater depth what is troubling you and clarify your goals for therapy. You will have the opportunity to ask any questions about the therapy process and my approach as a psychotherapist.

Individual therapy: £80 (50 minutes)
Supervision: £75 (50 minutes)
EMDR: £80-£90 (560 minutes)
My fee structure is reviewed annually in September.
